Married for 25 years, Paris Armstrong thinks she has it all--two wonderful children, a beautiful house, and a husband she adores. However, Paris soon discovers that all is not as it seems when Peter announces that he has taken up with a younger woman and that he wants a divorce. Escaping from the past, Paris moves from Connecticut to San Francisco where she once again enters the world of dating. After a series of unsuccessful romances, and still adjusting to the fact that her daughter is marrying a man Paris`s age, Paris decides that romance is not in her future. But as Paris should know by now, no one can predict the future.
