Inspired by decorative sculptures he saw in Berlin's outdoor concert gardens, Frank Lloyd Wright collaborated with sculptor Alfonso Iannelli to create a series of "Sprites" for Midway Gardens (1913-14), an entertainment complex on Chicago's south side. The Gardens were demolished in 1929; this lissome reproduction is a testament to how glorious they must have been. She's spectacular, indoors or out. Hand-cast in cement, our regal Sprite stands 31" high and weighs 35 lb.
